Sacred Sites, Profane Body

This is about the sacred and the profane. We visit sacred places full of ancient wisdom discovering the profanity that has caused Mother earth to suffer so. Discovering the sacralisation of the feminine body which in the upheavals of the world disappeared and became looked upon as profane.
Although the church maintained the sense of mystery which surrounded the goddess, the warmth and principle of relatedness was replaced by organization, its laws and hierarchies. Two aspects were lost 1. The female (human) image of the goddess, for the institution is not human and 2. The relationship to her (to matter) this is also not in the institution of the church. Our body is our clay, our home in the universe. The body is friendship holding nature, divinity, the seen and unseen worlds.
‘Femininity for Eternity’ was inspired in the ancient Celtic reverence for the spirit in the sea, the rivers, the hills, the sky and the stars.
This story is one that begins with the mystery of the earth, the elemental kingdom. The destruction caused by dark forces just seeking dark power over all that is sensual, sweet and vital for creation. It shows a battle, peace, rebirth and freedom to play with life again!
Dedicated to the moon, the goddess of the moon. She is symbolic of the regenerative, life giving forces of the cosmos. She represents the moon as a keeper of wisdom and magical power. Her hands connect above her head creating a halo of sacred knowledge. Her belly contains the genesis of light within the darkness of the womb. She holds the frequency of all life honouring the great cosmic consciousness of the individual, and on a larger scale helps to maintain a sacred reverence for the darkness that is in the process of giving birth to the light. Where darkness prevails on earth, within individuals or populations, moon goddess silently resonates a remembrance and a return to reason and balance. When using her symbol on water it is said that the power of the moons magnetic resonance influences molecules to seek the great mystery and learn from her power.
